Emmanuel Art is a handmade art business based in Bengaluru, India.
We specialize in custom portraits, pencil sketches, acrylic paintings, oil paintings, pastel artwork, Tanjore paintings, woodwork, and other handcrafted artistic creations.
Our mission is to transform memories, emotions, and meaningful moments into lasting works of art.
2. Products and Artwork
Our products may include original paintings, ready-made artwork, handcrafted products, and personalized commissions.
Because many products are handmade, minor variations in colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes may occur.
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, material details, dimensions, and pricing.
Product photographs are illustrative. Material differences from agreed specifications will be addressed under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
3. Custom Artwork Orders
Customers requesting personalized artwork must provide the necessary references, specifications, and delivery information.
This may include photographs, preferred dimensions, materials, background details, and artistic preferences.
Production will begin after the applicable order confirmation and payment requirements have been fulfilled.
Where a design approval stage is agreed upon, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the proposed artwork details.
Significant changes requested after approval may affect the agreed production schedule or price. We will communicate and seek acceptance of additional charges before proceeding.
4. Pricing and Payments
Product prices are displayed on our website in the currency shown at checkout.
Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges will be disclosed before the customer confirms payment.
Orders are confirmed according to the payment and order-processing requirements shown at checkout.
We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects a confirmed order, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate resolution, including a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled on the agreed terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping timelines depend on the type, dimensions, complexity, and destination of the artwork.
Estimated dispatch or delivery timelines will be shown on the product page or communicated during order confirmation.
Unexpected production delays or shipping disruptions will be communicated as reasonably practicable.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation and return eligibility depends on whether the artwork is ready-made or personalized, its production status, and the reason for the request.
Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before placing an order.
Our policies do not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.
7. Customer-Provided Photographs and References
By providing photographs or design references, customers confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to submit them for the requested artwork.
We will use customer photographs and other personal references for fulfilling the commissioned work and related customer support purposes.
We will not intentionally use identifiable commissioned portraits or personal reference photographs in public promotional materials without appropriate permission.
We may decline requests that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Emmanuel Art and the respective artist retain the copyright and intellectual property rights in original artwork created by them, subject to applicable law and any existing third-party rights.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not automatically transfer the copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
Customers may display purchased artwork for personal purposes.
Commercial reproduction, resale of reproductions, merchandise creation, or other commercial exploitation requires the necessary permissions or licenses.
9. Care and Maintenance
Artwork should be handled and displayed according to any care instructions provided.
Direct sunlight, moisture, excessive heat, and improper handling may affect certain artistic materials.
Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions may not qualify for voluntary warranty or return coverage.
10. Website Use
Visitors must not misuse our website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation, or unlawfully reproduce website content.
Website images, original descriptions, logos, and artistic content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Emmanuel Art is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
